  For this image, I used a dark blue colour pallet for my grapes and I used a purple background and an anime poster for the background.

Denotation   In this advert there is a young black child who has fallen victim to the high rate of famine in Africa. The poster says 'Dig toilets, not graves'.The advert is typed in bold, white letters which is seen as a neutral colour. This font is used to make a statement which will reach out to consumers so that they are focused on the ad. In particular, this statement refers to the fact that others in harsher conditions need your help or the outcome will be a severe one . Connotation  In this advert the young famished child is wearing worn out clothes which you could connote to the fact that his parents are unable to fend or purchase good quality clothes which could therefore be why they need support  from Water Aid to aid them and provide them with fundamental essentials which a child must have in an everyday life.
